In the degassing device Degasser (for high pressure) "TDG-10-3-I", the dissolved gases in the flowing liquid are directed to the vacuum pump and released from the membrane. The special port of the vacuum pump continuously "breathes," cleaning the pump head and removing any solvents that may enter from the chamber to the pump. By performing this "breathing," electromagnetic valves within the system become unnecessary.
